Call focused on regions that are looking to set up a new Thematic Smart Specialisation Partnership (TSSP) on smart specialisation priorities that are not covered yet. New Partnerships can participate through the existing S3 Thematic Platforms on Agri-food, Industrial Modernisation, Energy and Sustainable Blue Economy.
