Smart Specialisation in EU Enlargement and Neighbourhood Region

Created by the Joint Research Centre, the MOOC "Smart Specialisation in EU Enlargement and Neighbourhood Region and the new trends in the Smart Specialisation approach" analyses the main phases of designing a Smart Specialisation Strategy while considering the specificity of each territory. The MOOC includes 7 modules aimed at disseminating the guidance and methodological approach, as well as practical examples, lessons and experiences.
