Last 9th of December, the Technical Assistance Facility for Industrial Modernisation and Investment (TAF) organised a capacity building workshop on governance models and platform business models, as part of its “TAF Talks series”.

The event was divided in two parts, being the first one presented by the business expert Alexander Auboeck who talked about the governance aspects of interregional investment projects. He pointed out that good governance is the secret weapon of effective project based organisations and also the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the definition of roles and the effective leadership on the project.

The second part was focused on the development of platform business models, carried out by the business expert Krzysztof Guldav. The speaker highlighted the business model canvas, the value proposition canvas and the platform business model canvas as useful guidelines for building a successful business proposal.

The Technical Assistance Facility is funded by the EU Programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (COSME). The Programme is managed by the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) of the European Commission.
